Ichigo Bloom is a collective of freelance facilitators, educators and workshops organizers. We work together to bring to organizations in Japan a range of workshops and contents supporting a mindset shift for the green transition.
Stéfan
Founder & Lead Coordinator
Hailing from France, Stéfan has called Japan home since 2016. He is the main coordinator for the Ichigo Bloom collective, connecting the dots and managing the platform. A passionate advocate for sustainability, Stéfan’s background in public policies, international cooperation and environmental issues fuels the collective’s mission.
Minami
Professional Facilitator
Minami, a former HR and education specialist, pivoted to sustainability in 2022. Since then, her interpersonal communication skills have made her a top facilitator and trainer. Her energy and empathy make learning fun and impactful. Experience at a climate tech startup adds depth to her Climate Fresk and Biodiversity Collage workshops.
Sakura
Professional Facilitator
With a background in human ecology and a keen advocate for transformation, Sakura is an experienced Climate Fresk facilitator and trainer, and one of Japan’s first Biodiversity Collage facilitators. She has facilitated workshops for Japanese and European companies, and has been involved in the official translation of workshop materials.
Mahi
Volunteer Facilitator
Mahi is a graduate student in Environmental Sciences at the University of Tokyo. Born in India, she grew up Japan, and co-founded the UTokyo Green Transformation Student Network, mobilizing the university and fellow students on environmental sustainability issues. She is a certified facilitator for the Climate Fresk, Biodiversity Collage and 2tonnes.
Noriko
Professional Facilitator
A seasoned HR professional at a European company in Japan, Noriko also has a passion for a sustainable future, extending beyond the office. Since 2022, she has facilitated numerous Climate Fresk workshops for the general public and in companies. She also regularly engages students in universities and high schools, igniting discussions around sustainability.
Lauriane
Kansai Regional Coordinator
Lauriane, an intercultural communication and project specialist, made Kyoto her home in 2019. Dedicated to driving innovative projects between Europe and Japan, she channels her expertise into enhancing the visibility of impactful local and global initiatives. She believes in the power of collaboration to shape a more sustainable, creative, and inclusive future.
Mei
Communication Associate
With a background in political science and immigration research, Mei is also passionate about sustainability. Currently studying public policy at the University of Tokyo, she’s a Japanese-Filipino calling both countries home. She brings to Ichigo her skills in social impact and creative communication.
