What is the facilitator training?
Each of our workshops comes with a professional certification program, developed by the international non-profit association behind it. The professional training is the required certification for anyone who wants to facilitate the workshop in a professional context, for a company or any paying client.
Depending on the workshop, the in-person training runs between half a day and a full day, and is typically complemented by an online course to deepen your knowledge at your own pace. In all cases, the training includes a hands-on practice component where trainees take turns facilitating parts of the actual workshop in front of the group, with guidance and feedback from our experienced trainers.
Once certified, you can run the workshop for your organization, your students, or your community, in any language you choose. Your certification is recognized worldwide by the association’s global network.
