Connecting Japan and Europe for a sustainable future.
Ichigo Bridge is the consulting arm of Studio Ichigo. We help public and private organizations navigate sustainability-related policies, regulations, and cooperation opportunities between Europe and Japan, drawing on deep expertise in both contexts.
What we do
Intelligence & monitoring
We track sustainability policy developments on both sides, European regulations affecting Japanese businesses, Japanese policy shifts relevant to European actors, and translate them into clear insights.
EU–Japan dialogue support
We provide strategic and operational support to organizations engaged in EU–Japan cooperation, from briefing preparation and partner identification to mission design and facilitation of events.
Tailored workshops & trainings
We design learning experiences that combine policy expertise with Ichigo Bloom‘s interactive education formats, for businesses preparing for regulatory change, students, public agencies, or civil society groups.
Event design advisory
We help design sustainability-themed events that people remember, from concept and speaker curation to facilitation and communication strategy. From high-level policy seminars to more creative formats.
