Back at Impact HUB Tokyo for Earth Day 2026
After two memorable multi-workshop afternoons – our Earth Day event at Impact HUB Tokyo in April 2025 and the AlterCOP 30 Japan gathering at the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center in November 2025 — Ichigo Bloom is back with another afternoon of hands-on sustainability learning.
This time, we’re bringing together three parallel workshops covering climate, digital technology, and climate action, including, for the first time, a Climate Fresk session designed specifically for children aged 9 to 13. Whether you’re 9 or 99, there’s a workshop for you in this event!

Choose Your Workshop
All workshops run in parallel. Register for the one that’s right for you.
Climate Fresk for kids (ages 9–13)
English · Facilitated by Mahi & Karina, in partnership with Aurane from MiraiLab
A specially designed version of the world-famous Climate Fresk workshop, adapted for younger learners. Through a collaborative card game, children explore the causes and consequences of climate change in an engaging, age-appropriate way, building climate literacy while having fun with others. Following the workshop, MiraiLab will lead a creative follow-up activity to round out the afternoon while parents finish their own session.
Children must be accompanied at the event by an adult registered in one of the other workshops. We are unable to welcome unaccompanied minors.
Climate Fresk for adults (ages 14+)
English · Facilitated by Mei
The original Climate Fresk experience, now run in over 170 countries. Working as a team, participants use cards based on IPCC science to map out the causes and consequences of climate change, and leave with a clearer, more connected understanding of the climate crisis.
Digital Collage
English · Facilitated by Sherrene
Japanese · Facilitated by Kaori
How much does your digital life weigh on the planet? The Digital Collage unpacks the environmental and social footprint of our connected world, from devices and data centers to streaming and social media, and invites us to think differently about how we use technology.
2tonnes
Japanese · Facilitated by Minami
What would a low-carbon lifestyle actually look like for you? 2tonnes is an interactive workshop that helps participants explore the choices, individual and collective, that could bring our carbon footprint in line with a liveable future. Practical, personal, and surprisingly hopeful. This will be the very first public session of 2tonnes in Japanese!
