Thursday, April 2, 2026 | 15:00–18:00 | AHK Japan, Tokyo

We’re facilitating a session of the Gender Equity Collage in partnership with the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan (AHK Japan) and the Swiss Chamber of Commerce, bringing the final version workshop to the international business community in Tokyo for the first time, after a trial session with European Business Council members in February.
The session runs on Thursday, April 2nd, from 15:00 to 18:00 at AHK Japan. It is open to members of both chambers as well as non-members.
The Gender Equity Collage is a collaborative, hands-on workshop that helps participants explore the realities of gender inequality and what it takes to build more equitable workplaces. Through card-based exploration, small-group discussions, and collective reflection, participants examine how gender norms, social expectations, and institutional structures shape opportunities and everyday experiences, and what actions we can take in response. No prior knowledge required.
This session will be facilitated by Minami Shinohara, certified Gender Equity Collage facilitator and Ichigo Bloom member.
Participation costs JPY 2,000 for AHK Japan members and JPY 4,000 for non-members, payable in cash on the day. Registration deadline is Monday, March 30th.
